The mission of the Green Office VU is to make a substantial and sustainable impact by influencing and working together with the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, its community and partners.
Student Cookbook
Featuring 30 traditional and modern recipes from all around the world, this cookbook has a recipe for everyone: a beginner at cooking, a baker, a busy bee, or someone who craves comforting food. Our recipes include ingredients that are easy on a student's pocket, easily available at your local supermarket, meal-prep-friendly, nutritious, and sustainable.
